Demand for Interim Managers spikes again
The latest Ipsos MORI quarterly survey of the contract market for Managers has been released by the IMA (Interim Management Association).
Off the back of a massive increase in demand for interims in the previous quarter, the results show even further growth in the last three months. The figures show a very encouraging 17% increase in advertised roles, with 66% of all executives hired for this purpose.
There is more good news for consultants working in the interim management sector, with the average duration of contract increasing from 153 days to 163 days.
