An hour apparently.
A new survey of 1,000 candidates by The Candidate has revealed that the magic hour commute is still the boundary of acceptability for UK employees. Only 9% said they would consider commuting more than an hour and a half [London based maybe?]. This ties in with research from ONS (Office for National Statistics) who said that the worst travel time is 60 to 90 minutes.
Interestingly, 92% of respondents said they would consider moving for the right job so it appears we would prefer to move house than have a long commute.
